Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established at St. Berchmans College in the year 2004. It is an internal quality assurance mechanism of the institution which works towards realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance. IQAC is a significant administrative body that is responsible for all quality matters, to initiate, plan and supervise various activities and develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the Educational Institution.

Towards attaining excellence, the IQAC of the college

  • Monitors quality enhancement activities of the college
  • A continuous follow up has been made on infrastructural resources of the college to assure adequate, appropriate and better facilities to assure conducive and enabling environment for teaching, learning and research.
  • Organizes professional development and administrative training programmes for the teaching and non- teaching staff
  • Co-ordinates in preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
