St. Berchmans Co-operative Society, started in 1971, is registered under the Government of Kerala in which all the teaching and non-teaching staffs are members. The society provides financial assistance to both the teaching and non-teaching staff. The Governing Body consists of a President and a Secretary (both from among the teaching staff) elected from the Director Board. The Director Board consists of members from the teaching and the non-teaching staff.
